Our Process
There are six steps in every bathroom tile or shower renovation project. Click each step to learn more.
Step #1 – In-Home Consultation
All projects start with a consultation at your home to determine your unique needs. If you are doing a Refresh Package, we will select options together and measure the existing space during a 30 minute meeting.
If you‘re looking for a Custom Bathroom (“Design-Build”), we will require a 90 minute design consultation to go over the many options and get detailed measurements to prepare blueprints.
Step #2 – Cost Estimate & Project Plan
You will receive a detailed project specification and firm price quote upfront. This allows you to know what you’ll be paying in advance. We make every effort to communicate full project costs ahead of time in as clear a manner as possible. Our typical project agreement is 10-15 pages – if you’d like to see a sample package, please contact us.
Step #3 – Preparation, Scheduling, Shopping
After the project plan is accepted, we will order materials and schedule the work.
Step #4 – Construction
We provide a detailed project schedule in advance and communicate daily while construction is ongoing.
Step #5 – Cleaning
Your bathroom will be clean and ready to use by the end of the project.
Step #6 – Warranty
Feel confident with our 1-year warranty, in addition to 10-year, 15-year, and LIFETIME manufacturer warranties on most installations.
