Our Process
There are six steps in every bathroom tile or shower renovation project. Click each step to learn more.
Step #1 – In-Home Consultation
All projects start with a detailed consultation to determine your unique needs. During a 60-90 minute in-home visit, we go over the many options for function and form that are available for shower and bathroom tile renovation projects. We can bring material samples directly to your home so you won’t need to travel to Pembroke, Ottawa, or beyond to visit a showroom (unless you prefer it!)
Step #2 – Cost Estimate & Project Plan
You will receive a detailed project specification and firm price quote upfront. This allows you to know what you’ll be paying in advance. Of course, the nature of renovation and remodeling means that undiscovered conditions may arise during the project, especially during demolition, but we make every effort to communicate costs ahead of time in as clear a manner as possible. Step #3 – Preparation, Scheduling, Shopping
After the project plan is accepted, we will order materials and schedule the work. Depending on project specifics, we can accompany you on a shopping trip or showroom visit to purchase and order products, if you’d like.
Step #4 – Construction
Once work begins, shower renovations usually require a minimum of 5-7 days for demolition and construction, and time increases depending on the project complexity. We provide a detailed project schedule in advance and communicate daily while construction is ongoing.
Step #5 – Cleaning
Your bathroom will be clean and ready to use by the end of the project.
Step #6 – Warranty & Follow-Up
Feel confident with our 1-year labour and materials warranty, in addition to 10-year, 15-year, and LIFETIME manufacturer warranties on most installations. To ensure your satisfaction, we check in periodically after your project is complete.
