PRICING
The average starting point for a RUSH, ONTARIO WIDE** bathroom renovation project with Thompson Tile is $20,000 with some projects requiring $30,000+ and others on a strict budget may get closer to $15,000. This would be a FULL change of the bathroom (shower, wall materials, floor, new paint, new vanity, plumbing fixtures, lighting, etc.) The price will vary widely depending on the size of your project and the materials used. After the virtual consultation, you will get an exact quote for your unique project.

“Hi! I’m James Thompson, and I own and operate Thompson Tile along with my wife Alex. Our team is based in Deep River, Ontario which is a very small community. To keep our team busy, we enjoy taking on urgent projects across the province.
I completed training in 2021 at the Terrazzo, Tile and Marble School of Ontario and the Construction Applications course at St. Clair College (Windsor, ON) in 2016. I’ve enjoyed working on transformational renovation projects for my entire adulthood.
Our crew is NOT your typical construction crew. We are clean, courteous, respectful, friendly, polite– we don’t smoke, drink, track mud through your house, etc. We are very serious about cleanliness and dust containment.”

“How Long Does A Bathroom Renovation Take?”
A typical full bathroom renovation takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. BUT– where there is urgency, projects can be accelerated via 7 day / 12 hour work schedules, efficiency practices, and a skilled crew! If you are looking for a faster project, choose a high-quality acrylic surround and LVP/LVT (no tile options).
During the project, the bathroom will not be useable. It’s recommended to secure an alternative hygiene solution during the entire duration of the project, if this is your only bathroom.
